Have You Made Art About It Yet? Purim Edition! with Rabbi Adina Allen

Explore the power of art making as a tool for personal and collective renewal!

9:00 - 10:30 am PT / 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET

Purim invites us to embrace the freedom and joy that can be found in letting go of fixity and open into play and exploration. On this holiday, we release what we think we know and who we think we are, and open ourselves to be turned upside down. Through revelry, playfulness, and an encounter with the unexpected, we discover new possibilities in the not-knowing. Using the Jewish Studio Process – a unique methodology that blends art therapy practices with a reimagined approach to Jewish learning and spirituality – we’ll disrupt the ordinary, explore the sacredness of this topsy-turvy holiday, and tap into the transformative potential that Purim has to offer.

This program is offered free of charge and will take place on Zoom with closed captions.
